Q.02Is GenieOne safe for kids?+
Yes. Every reply runs through a Singapore-context safety filter and an off-syllabus refusal layer. The tutor will not produce adult content, finish the homework for them or wander outside the MOE syllabus. Parents can review chat history. We do not sell student data.
Q.03Which subjects and levels does GenieOne cover?+
Maths, Science, English, Chinese, Tamil and Malay from Primary 1 through Junior College 2. PSLE, O-Level and A-Level streams are all supported.
Q.04How is GenieOne different from ChatGPT?+
GenieOne is built for Singapore students. It uses the MOE syllabus, teaches the way a Singapore teacher would explain, and runs every reply through a kid-safety layer. The point is to walk the student through the reasoning, not hand back an answer to copy.
